Sale Information

  • All tubers that we sell are grown on our farm. 
  • All sales are final unless your order arrives damaged or incorrect. Please inspect your order upon arrival to verify that what you received matches what you ordered. Report any issues to us within 5 business days after delivery. Send us an email with your Order #, summary of the issue, and photos. We will process a replacement for the item or issue a merchandise credit for the purchase price of the item. Sales tax, shipping, and handling charges are nonrefundable.
  • Please store dahlia tubers in a safe place, away from heat or frost until planting. Joyful Blooms Flower Farm is not responsible for losses due to improper storage, growing conditions, or care.

Shipping Information

  • We only sell and ship within the United States, we do not support international sales and shipping. 
  • Please be sure your address is entered correctly to avoid delays or loss of your order.
  • All orders will be shipped starting in April and is weather dependent. We do not offer custom ship dates or accept requests for early shipping. We will ship tubers as soon as the weather allows. 
  • Orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
